Its rural setting is appreciated for the tranquility and views it offers, although some guests note the remoteness may affect accessibility to attractions in wet weather.

The Farm House is well-equipped with facilities that guests find excellent for their stay. The hot tub, large kitchen, and utility room are particularly appreciated. However, a few minor suggestions for additional kitchen items and a note about the dishwasher indicate there is a slight room for improvement.
The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of welcome baskets and local produce gifts, which guests find delightful. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is important to note that such gifts are a kind bonus and may not be a standard offering for every stay.

Really spacious, clean, comfortable and a fabulous location for us with beautiful views if you love the green countryside. We went into Bala, a local little town and did the steam train which was lovely and then had fish and chips at the local chip shop there. It rained on the Saturday and we were all happy to stay in and play games, do a jigsaw and the men watched the football while my mother watched Frozen in the other living room. The rooms were all lovely and the facilities in the house were fantastic. The hot tub was a great hit even for my 80 year old mom. We will definitely go back again.

Isolated. We were lucky with the weather. Dull, wet conditions might have made it less enjoyable as there aren't many attractions within an hour's drive. Facilities would have been improved by some medium-sized saucepans and large drinking glasses. Pints, say. Purists might prefer champagne flutes to the generic wine glasses. The dishwasher seemed to be full of crumbs or coffee grounds, despite several attempts at cleaning the filters and heads. A huge compacted plug of felt had to be poked out of the vacuum cleaner before it worked. That must have taken weeks to accumulate!

We loved the hot tub and the dry room! Very pleased with the accommodation and would use again!
