Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the Club House for its comfort, stunning views, and peaceful location. The cottage is well-equipped and offers a cosy atmosphere with a log burner and comfortable furnishings. It serves as an excellent base for exploring Hebden Bridge and enjoying local walks, despite some comments about the hilly terrain and limited pub hours nearby.

The cottage is generally described as clean and tidy. However, one mention of finding a mouldy loaf suggests there is room for improvement in ensuring thoroughness.

The location is highly praised for its stunning views and proximity to local walks and Hebden Bridge. The hilly terrain is noted, adding to the charm for some, but may be a consideration for those with mobility issues.

Reviewers find the cottage very comfortable, highlighting the quality of the bed and the cosy living space with a log burner. The comfort of the cottage contributes significantly to the enjoyment of their stay.

While the cottage is described as well-equipped and thoughtfully presented, there is insufficient detail in the reviews to fully assess the state of maintenance and the range of facilities provided.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary packs, which enhance their stay. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every visitor, expectations should be managed accordingly.

Had a beautiful stay. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were lots of lovely walks straight from the cottage, albeit very hilly. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at Club Houses was incredibly relaxing. The cottage is decorated to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean and cosy. Immense care has been taken to ensure guests are made to feel welcome plus lots of consideration has been given to how the rooms are presented… I thought the complimentary packs were so very thoughtful. Super comfy sofa and gorgeous log burner meant that it was as nice to stay indoors when it got a bit too wet outside! Location is perfect for walks and pubs or plenty to explore if driving a little further afield. I would definitely love to return in the future.
