Guests praise its excellent location near Stratford-upon-Avon and the thoughtful touches from the owners. While most found the property clean and comfortable, a few noted areas needing maintenance and occasional road noise. Overall, the property offers a memorable and enjoyable stay, with plenty of amenities for all ages.

Most guests found the property spotlessly clean and well-presented, with particular praise for the bedding and general tidiness. However, a small number of reviews mentioned issues such as cobwebs, some unclean crockery, and areas needing a deeper clean, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to Stratford-upon-Avon and local amenities, making it convenient for exploring the area. Some guests noted road noise due to the nearby main road, but this did not significantly detract from their overall experience.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as warm, cosy, and comfortable, with plenty of space for large groups and families. The beds and living areas are frequently highlighted for their comfort, though a few mentioned quirks in the bedroom layout and a minor issue with a shower.

The property is well-equipped, with a large kitchen, AGA, tennis court, and spacious gardens. Facilities cater well to families and groups, with ample parking and outdoor activities. Some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for updates were noted by a few guests.

Many guests appreciated the warm welcome and thoughtful touches, such as homemade scones on arrival. While these gestures are frequently mentioned, it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

We throughly enjoyed out time there, there was plenty of room, the grounds were amazing and everyone loved the tennis court which for us doubled as a pickle ball court. The hosts were wonderful, Sue's scones were delightful. The location was so close to everything, it was great. Everything you need was there.

Only downside it backs onto a very noisy busy road, but we got used to it.

The house was very well equipped, and we had everything we needed. The outside space was beautiful and we loved sitting out in the garden. Location is fantastic for Stratford if you're happy to drive in.
