As a group of friends it is the perfect venue, well equipped, homely, warm and plenty of room. A lovely welcome from Sue (the owner) on arrival. The location is perfect for Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick and we highly recommend doing a walking tour around all of Shakespeares homes and little known theatres.

It was in a great position and everything worked well for our five sisters yearly reunion.

Plenty of room in the kitchen to all be together & great sized, yet cosy lounge for chatting & board games. Bedrooms very comfortable, but be aware that 2 of the rooms are thoroughfares. The listing would benefit from a floor plan to highlight this further. Loved the location & outdoor space, though the road can be a little noisy at times. Great communication throughout.
