We have come every year for about 20 years, and love the cottage. However, we had to report a problem with hot water - you came out v quickly, which was great. However, the plumber simply left a note saying that we had to turn the tap on a while for the hot water to come through. This was very annoying! We have almost exactly the same boiler at home. The problem was that the water came through hot after a moment or two, was hot very briefly, and then was freezing cold without ever warming up. We went without showering or bathing for three days. We love the cottage but it is quite expensive for something like this to happen.
