A beautifully renovated 16th Century timber framed cottage in the heart of one of Suffolk’s most loved villages, Boxford. A dog-friendly property, perfect for couples or small families. This three-floor cottage has been luxuriously updated, remaining respectful of the original features. Each room feels light and spacious, with contemporary touches throughout.

Accessible directly from the street there is an enclosed corridor perfect for storing bicycles and dirty boots and for ensuring dogs can be cleaned before accessing the cottage! The dining area and kitchen feature bespoke a Farmhouse table and seating for four, a wood burning stove and galley style kitchen. A downstairs cloakroom provides additional storage. A Critall door leads straight from the kitchen to a well proportioned, beautifully manicured terrace garden with a large wooden table, parasol and seating. High walls and fencing provide a sense of privacy, yet it's clear you're surrounded by gardens and countryside beyond. Here is a perfect space to enjoy a barbecue dinner with friends and family.
The second floor look-out sitting room provides a large, comfy sofa and armchair providing a West facing window with superb views to the surrounding gardens and rolling countryside beyond. You are well provided for with a Smart television, a wealth of books and board games. The generous twin room (can be linked to form a super king bed) benefits from an en-suite shower room.
A second floor large king-sized bedroom has more beautiful views of the surroundings and an en-suite bathroom. Swan’s Nest is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Suffolk at its very best.
