Dolphin Heights is a very tastefully furnished apartment in the much sought after area of Wellswood, Torquay. As you arrive at the property you walk along the lit up walkway to the front door through the private enclosed garden area. As you enter the property through the hallway, the 3 bedrooms are on your left hand side. There is a very useful utility cupboard in the spacious hallway housing the washer/dryer as well as plenty of storage for your coats and shoes. The shower room is on your right hand side with power shower and a light up vanity mirror, as well as an additional separate second toilet. Directly in front is the doorway to the stylish open plan living/dining area with table and chairs looking out over the view, as well as a corner sofa and chair in the living area for relaxing and watching the 55’’ Smart TV. The kitchen is just off the dining area which is well equipped for all of your needs for a very comfortable stay. Torbay, known as the English Riviera has 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves, beaches and walks to explore. On your doorstep is Meadfoot Beach with amenities, 18 mins walk or 4 mins drive. A 380 yard stroll away, in what the locals refer to as "Wellswood Village", is a Co-op store, local pub - the Kents, a bakery with fresh bread and cakes baked daily on the premises, a family owned Deli - Me & Mrs Jones, and Portofino Italian Bar & Restaurant serving coffee, breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner. There is also a florist, hairdressers, and a post office.

We would highly recommend Dolphin Heights.We stayed over Christmas & New Year, The apartment was beautifully decorated for Christmas.We found the apartment very well equipped, very cosy and decorated to a high standard.The local amenities are fabulous, there’s a lovely bakery, deli, a couple of grocery stores and a great pub called the Kent’s, we enjoyed many evenings there.The walk into Torquay takes about 25 mins, there you can find loads of restaurants & bars. We enjoyed lovely fish and chips near the marina.We will definitely stay there again.

27th sept - 4th Oct. We arrived and everything was so easy. The cottage was spotles with all ammenities. Located close to pubs and shops. Bed was heavenly. A real home from home. Communication with the host was fabulous. Thank you for making our stay fabulous. Izzy ***
