Situated in a very nice part of Torquay, nice quiet residential area. About a 20-25 minute walk to the Princess Theatre, Torquay & about a 45 minute walk into centre of Paignton. A 10-20 minute walk to Cockington. Which is great for dogs. It isn’t a bad walk down the hill, but is rather tough walking back up!Nice detached bungalow, with large bedrooms & enclosed back garden.The bungalow is clean & tidy but in need of a refurb. It seems there is 1 bedroom & the kitchen left to update. The front & back garden are paved. The front wall is quite low in places. The back garden has quite a few low steps & would be amazing with a good tidy up, a grassed area & some TLC.Kitchen equipment is eclectic & could do with replacing. If you are to make a family meal more equipment would be a good idea. It would have been nice to have a welcome book with suggestions on recommended places to visit, dog friendly beaches (not many are between May & October!) pubs etc by someone who is local to the area., including local doctors, vets, bin days etc.

We all had a lovely time. Great location. Not a long walk to the beach which was relatively quiet and we visited it most days. Short drive to Paignton. Both garden areas were great places to socialise and relax. A very enjoyable stay.
