This attractive ground-floor apartment is the ideal base from which to explore this wonderful area of South Devon. The South West Coast Path is easily accessible from a small footpath at the side of the apartment, which takes in the wonderful scenery around St Mary’s Bay and Berry Head National Nature Reserve, perfect to take a picnic to and enjoy the views. The picturesque fishing town of Brixham is only 1 mile away and is a hive of activity all year round and host to many annual festivals including the famous Pirate Festival. Whatever your age, there is an abundance of activities locally, or travel further afield to discover Kingswear by steam train (4.5 miles) or Dartmouth by ferry over the River Dart (5 miles).

Enter the apartment from the shared hallway. There is a spacious, open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with lovely high ceilings and a great use of colour which creates the perfect atmosphere and feel for your holiday. In the lounge, French doors lead out onto the private patio with distant sea views and the shared garden. There is a plush velvet single seat, a leather free-standing chair and a sumptuous sofa, perfect for watching a movie on the Smart TV. The dining area caters for four people in velvet dining chairs surrounding the dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped to cater for your party size, and when you're done with your evening meal, you can retire to the comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and oozes quality, with beautiful furniture, large mirrors, a cosy bed and an en-suite with step-in shower. If you fancy a quiet morning, enjoy a cup of coffee on the sunny private patio with a bistro table and chairs connected to the master bedroom via French doors – this patio overlooks the shared garden. The second bedroom is a twin zip-and-link room with 2ft 6" single beds which can be linked together to create a king-size bed (please request at the time of booking). The family bathroom houses a bath, a separate walk-in shower and a WC.

Outside, the apartment benefits from two private patios, one patio connected to the living room and the second patio connected to the master bedroom. Both patios overlook the shared garden of the apartment building.
