About this property

A beautifully and recently renovated (2024) detached bungalow perfect for family holidays in the local holiday park offering great seasonal activities for all ages to enjoy. The holiday park offers guests the use of an indoor swimming pool, shop and a bar with an eat-in and takeaway options (March-October) and is within close proximity of Fishcombe Cove beach which is roughly 150 metres down the hill. While you're there, visit the famous Fishcombe Cove Cafe, take part in the beach yoga sessions or swim in the sea! Keep an eye out for Sammy the Seal. Take a stroll (0.8 miles) into Brixham main town to eat at the local restaurants, maybe drink a cocktail or two and shop in the independent stores.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Devon County Show.

Newly renovated in 2024, entering into the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with sea views across Torbay reaching to Torquay, this spacious design allows for a great social space to enjoy each other's company during your holiday. The chalet has been designed with welcoming colour tones to encourage a real home-away-from-home environment for your stay and the large windows flood the chalet with natural light. The kitchen houses all you need to rustle up some fresh meals to enjoy around the dining table, which seats four. After a busy day swimming, walking along the beach or shopping in the town, cosy up on the sofa and plan your adventures. There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom to the rear of the chalet. There is a crisp white family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

There is a grass area to the rear of the property ideal for children to have a run around and play. A great opportunity to make new friends on holiday in Brixham.
