Minster Cottage was an original Victorian cottage connected with the historic Wimborne Minster and dates from 1880. Treat yourself to a meal out in one of the local eateries such as The Olive Branch, or grab a bite from Le Petit Prince bakery, whilst Deans Court Café provides a lovely treat for morning coffee, lunches and afternoon tea! For days out while at the property, the Wimborne Model Town is a popular attraction among tourists, presenting a tenth scale model of Wimborne town complete with the magnificent Wimborne Minster. You can also visit the glorious Minster one afternoon and indulge in the rich cultural history and architecture the town has to offer. A short and scenic car journey will take you to the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Cranborne Chase; known for its unspoilt scenery and walking paths for varying abilities, the area is a lovely day of exploring for the whole family. While you are in the area, why not visit Cranborne Manor and Garden Centre, home to an ancient manor house and delightful gardens, the estate hosts a wealth of local walks around an abundance of greenery.
