Park on the drive and unload the cases straight through the front door of your well-chosen property. Travel down the hallway and into the sitting room and warm yourself in front of a feature gas fire, while the TV offers entertainment for a quiet night in. Move into the bright kitchen diner, with sleek white units hosting a range of appliances including an electric oven with a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, and a convenient washing machine and dishwasher. Here you can rustle up some go-to dishes to serve up at the homely dining area. On warm days enjoy the use of the second dining area in the adjoining conservatory, open up the doors to the garden to let in a fresh breeze and delight in the views over to the New Forest National Park as you dine. For a charming day on the coast, walk through the countryside, or catch the bus in the summer season down to the coast to Lepe Country Park where a lovely mile-long stoney beach awaits you, with a café The Lookout providing some refreshments. Take a stroll around the Exbury Gardens, made up of woodland and abundant flowers and plants, with steam railway here too for some classic steam train rides. For hours of entertainment for the kids why not visit Paulton's Park, cited as the UK's number 1 theme park and home to Peppa Pig world, less than half an hour away. Alongside the Beaulieu River you can find New Forest Activities, an outdoor activity organiser giving you the chance to try canoeing and kayaking along the river, as well as archery, bushcraft, and a ropes course among much more for those who like to stay on land! While you're in the area, visit the National Motor Museum home to over 250 vehicles and World of Top Gear, with your ticket also permitting entry into the beautiful 13th century Palace House country manor with Victorian interiors. Within the town you can find a host of shops and pubs with frequent ferries running to and from Southampton just a stone's throw across the water for an even larger selection of attractions and eateries.
