Had a fantastic time, will definitely book again! The only criticism I would have was the overall security. No lock on the garden gate so we where able to open it from the car park and the bolts on the doors were difficult to pull across.

We went as a party of 9 adults and a 4 year old. A lovely spacious cottage with a lot of charm and very clean. Lots of space in each room. The ensuites were a bonus - it meant that each family had their own bathroom. The games room was a hit as was the garden and the hot tub. Lots to do around the area - beaches and country walks/parks and the local shops were a bonus too.Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend

Lovely big cottage for a family holiday, games room was brilliant, the enclosed garden was a god send as we took our 2 dogs and the hot tub was a good added etc.Was in a brilliant location opposite a pub and within walking distance of Supermarkets and restaurants and take aways. We walked into Newton Abbot one day only took about 25 minutes. So close to Hackney Marshes. The downside to the Cottage is it needs some tender loving care, some money spent on it would make it more fabulous. The cleaners do a fantastic job considering there is only 2 of them, so there are areas that could do with maybe having a team of cleaners in once a month, so then the cleaners could keep on top of it.So much cooking and eating utensils, plates cups, etc the only thing missing was a coffee machine.Would definitely stay again even with the few things that need to be put right.
