Warm welcome from Katy after our long journey. Nice to have a cool bottle of Prosecco in the fridge too! Lots of space and dog blankets provided although we always bring our own anyway. Didn’t have any issues with kitchen equipment, found everything we needed. Plenty of glasses etc too. Bedrooms both of a good size. Well located and we tried to use public transport when we could. Buses into Newton Abbot and beyond and good train connections there too. Local pub provided excellent Sunday lunch. Secure outside lawned area too for the dog to play. Overall great stay and the weather wasn’t too bad either!
