We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. It’s a lovely option for one or two people and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again!

Earthspring is very convenient for Totnes town centre and is well presented. A few aspects let it down, it does not have a microwave. The bath shower mat was covered in mould, the seating is very limited and uncomfortable. Although our car is small, the parking area is tight and against a stone wall, fortunately we didn’t need to move the car again because Totnes has everything on hand for a short break.

An awful smell of urine and damp through out the apparent, so stuffy and uncomfortable. Everything in the kitchen was dirty. Stained mugs, dirty trays, kettle full of muck and dirt. Had other accommodation been available in the town we would have left. Mould all around the bath and shower, shower heads black with mould. A very run down apartment that is not maintained to a high enough cleanlines.
