This detached barn conversion, close to the owners’ home, has its own secluded, patio style garden, with a BBQ to the rear. It has a large entrance hallway with storage and a drying area for boots and coats. The open-plan living area is bright and airy, and has a door off the kitchen leading to the private patio. There is also outdoor undercover space for storing bikes.
Linkinhorne is a small, pretty hamlet just a few miles out of the town of Callington, nestling in the Lynher valley below Bodmin Moor. This part of Cornwall is an unspoilt, hidden rural area quite often missed off the tourist map. This is a great location for exploring a wide region of Cornwall being central to both the south and north coastline. Beach 20 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles away.

We had a fantastic stay at Tucked away, Russ and Lins were perfect hosts, Russ was very knowledgeable on places to explore locally and further afield.The barn was very comfortable and had everything you could need and more, when we arrived there was milk, eggs, apple juice and a few fresh products from Russ’s garden. Tucked away is literally that.. it’s the perfect place for a peaceful break with the Manor House pub a short drive away that serves amazing meals and has a friendly family atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Tucked away as it’s so central to all the places we wanted to see and we are planning to return soon to explore more of Cornwall.Thanks again Russ and Lins (and Sam the dog) we enjoyed our holiday

Tucked Away was a great find. Situated in a rural setting in central Cornwall it offers good access to both coasts. The stone barn conversion stays cool in hot weather and is beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need. Cotehele and Lahnydrock are close and make for an interesting visit. Lindley and Russ are great hosts.
