A wonderful place, very clean, amazing views, highest spec items in the kitchen which was very well equipped. The only minor improvements I would say is that there is not a travel cot as it said on the website, not a problem as we have one of our own but needs to be clear on the site. Also, we asked for the twin beds to be put together as a king and they were not they were single beds still so one couple had to sleep separately which wasn't preffered. It would be helpful if they were to add blackout curtains as it was quite hard to get a baby to sleep in the bright light of the bedroom. I'd also use a more gentle fabric softener or washing pods as the smell is quite strong though of course very pleasant - not really a negative just a personal preference.

Perfect property for a stay in Kingswear, the view from the main room is to die for, It comfortably sleeps four people and we will definitely return. There is also a Netflix account to use during your stay. We had a great week and didn’t want to go home.❤️

The property is very well presented and equipped. The position, overlooking the river, is wonderful. The passenger ferry is only a short walk away, giving easy access to Dartmouth. We are already planning our next visit.
