Snaptrip says

Guests consistently praise the apartment for its prime location, comfort, and cleanliness. The secure parking and well-equipped facilities contribute to a pleasant stay. While there are minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvement, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is frequently described as spotless and well-maintained, with only a few isolated comments about dust and cleanliness that do not detract from the overall high standards experienced by guests.

The central location is highly appreciated, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. The convenience of having shops and restaurants within walking distance is a highlight for many visitors.

The apartment's comfort is often mentioned, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the living spaces relaxing. A few comments about soft mattresses and the desire for blackout curtains suggest room for minor improvements.

The apartment's facilities are generally well-received, with particular praise for the well-equipped kitchen and secure parking. Some guests noted issues with maintenance, such as a broken shower fitting and a garage door remote not working, but these were exceptions.

While guests have mentioned a welcome hamper, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful touches or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

The property was lovely and comfortable and extremely well equipped. Thank you for the hamper which was a great surprise. We have already booked our next holiday at Baker's Dozen

It was an extremely relaxing few days. The only slight negatives were that the hot water was scoldingly hot, could be dangerous to a child, and the push button fob on the key ring did not operate the garage door. However should we return to Dartmouth at all we would check the availability of Bakers Dozen.

For a family who live in a rural bungalow, a town flat with the lift, the doors, all the codes and underground parking was a great adventure!
