This two-bedroom property, situated on a narrow lane that runs parallel to the River Dart, offers stunning views across the river and has a lovely terrace at the front of the property - the perfect spot to soak in the sun and enjoy a relaxing drink.

Dartmouth itself is home to two secluded shingle beaches, Castle Cove (1 mile) and Sugary Cove (1 mile) which remain quiet for most of the year for those looking to enjoy a little peace by the sea. Blackpool Sands (3 miles) is one of the most well-loved family options for a beach trip, and from here, you can join a stretch of the South West Coast Path for an adventurous walk along the rugged coast to soak in the natural beauty of this area ensuring something for everyone. Alternatively, opt to take the trail from Dartmouth to Dittisham (9 miles) to wander beneath an ancient woodland, down pretty country lanes to the colourful village to stop off for a tasty treat.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events, The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival.

The house is well equipped to provide a relaxing and comfortable retreats for couples and families alike. With Dartmouth's restaurants, cafes and boutiques only a few minutes’ downhill walk away, 84 Above Town offers excellent access to all the delights of a quintessentially English holiday. When you are ready to leave the hustle and bustle of the town behind, head back to the house via Crowthers Hill or up Horn Hill Steps for a peaceful evening in your delightful home-from-home.

Parking: An annual parking permit is provided for you to use in the Dartmouth car park. (this works on a first come first basis). The permit also included roaming pass which allows you to park in a variety of car parks in the surrounding towns.

Power and Heat Gas and Electricity included in rent. Gas Central Heating.

Bedding and Linen Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay (Please bring your own beach towels).
