This unique Grade II listed Georgian property is perfect for a memorable holiday to the beautiful village of Lynmouth. Sea View, as the name would suggest, boasts unrivalled views of the harbour and Exmoor coastline.

Inside

The spacious living room is furnished with large fireplace (logs are not provided) and comfy sofas. The best spot in the house to enjoy the views is the window seat, overlooking the coastline. 

The fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay, boasting a fridge, freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. 

On the first floor, there is also a cloakroom and toilet, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room. In the sitting room, there is a TV, DVD player and CD player. Free WiFi.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The four bedrooms of this fantastic property are spread over 4 floors, and are all furnished to an impressive standard. The master bedroom holds a four-poster bed with an en- suite bathroom. The double bedroom is also an en- suite, and the final two bedrooms are both presented as twins. There is also a family bathroom situated on the third floor.

Outside

Perfect for relaxing on summer evenings, the enclosed terraced patio with decking, furniture and lights provides the space to dine al fresco. There's even french doors leading out from the kitchen, making it easier to transport your food.  There is also a small yard which is perfect for keeping your surfboards and drying your beachwear. 

Other Things to Note

Dogs are welcome via prior arrangement for a fee of £15 - maximum of two per stay. Please note that dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the house, and are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture. Strictly non- smoking.

There is no allocated parking for Seaview but there is roadside parking approx 40 paces from the gate, which is unrestricted in the off-season (from 31 October to Good Friday). Between Good Friday and the end of October there is a two-hour limit on the roadside parking between 10 am and 6 pm. There is a local car park (less than 100m from the property) which is a pay and display car park. One parking permit will be provided for the car park if your booking is between Good Friday and 31 October. Additional permits can be purchased in advance via the local Tourist Information office

Items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits can be found in the kitchen when you arrive, along with some cleaning materials and toilet rolls. Bed linen, duvets and blankets are also provided, but please bring your own towels for daytrips. There is no cot or high chair at this property.

Availability

Sea View is available for weekly changeover day of Friday. Shorter breaks of three or four nights may also be available at certain times of the year.

Around and About

Lynmouth is a popular place to explore, offering sandy beaches and a National Trust tea garden and shop. The stunning coastline and river valleys are popular with walkers, with several well- known routes, such as the South West Coast Path and the Two Moors Way.
