Welcome to Bramble Apartment near Clovelly, a well appointed two bedroom property set in the grounds of a country house near the North Devon Coast. Situated on a five acre site home to a menagerie of animals and rare breed chickens, plenty of scenic walks can be found closeby and families can also spend their days at the fabulous sandy beaches.

Inside

The living area has a large three seater sofa, a dining table with four chairs, Freeview TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. Shared laundry facilities are available onsite.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The apartment has one double bedroom, a second bedroom with adult bunk beds and a shower room with cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Outside

The cottage sits in lovely shared grounds with resident animals, outdoor seating and lovely views over the surrounding farmland.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, fuel and power. 

Guests enjoy shared use of the trampoline, fishing lakes BBQ area, hot tub (private slots available) and games room with table tennis.

The village shop and pub can be found a ten minute walk away.

The apartment is accessed via an external stone staircase.

Availability

Short breaks may be available as last minute stays or during off peak times. One well behaved pets is welcome.

The apartment can be booked alongside two others to sleep up to thirteen people.
