The accommodation is close to the village of Withleigh, which is just a 5-minute drive to the historic Mid Devon town of Tiverton. The National Trust Buzzards Woodland is just a short walk away along the public footpath with the opportunity to see plenty of wildlife and beautiful views. This part of Devon is an excellent touring base with easy access to lots of places of interest.
The accommodation is set midway between Devon’s two coastlines, convenient for a day out to either. The award-winning North Devon coastline is within a 50-minute drive with its golden sandy surfing beaches, and the Jurassic South Devon coastal beauty spots are within an hour’s drive. Nearby you can explore the Two Moors Way, visit RHS Rosemoor, The Grand Western Canal, Knightshayes House or the breath-taking scenery at Exmoor National Park, a short drive away.

Lovely cottage in quiet rural location. The owners who live next door, are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Very near to Tiverton and all the amenities but completely in the countryside with lots of wildlife and stunning views

B-E-A-Utiful!!! Just Wow! What a lovely little cottage perfect for our stay, it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The views and the location were also perfect and stunning. Jane and Christopher... you were the most amazing hosts and so friendly and kind. Anything we needed you dealt with straight away :) The kids absolutely loved you and your dogs and all the fruit and eggs you kindly gave us. They even cried when they left because they said they will miss you all.We can't wait to hopefully come back one day :)
