Just what we needed. Lovely accommodation with well serviced hot tub. Really helpful and communicative contacts. We encountered a problem in the bathroom - was sorted in super quick time. Excellent location lovely and peaceful....have already recommendeded to friends.

We had a negative experience and would not recommend. We booked a 4 night stay in mid-September 2025. We were attracted to Otter Mill Lodge by the location and access to a private hot tub on the veranda for the duration of the stay. Neither the hot tub or dishwasher worked at all and could not be mended until the following week. Apparently the dishwasher was a known fault and we were not warned before we arrived. The owners were difficult to contact and did not proactively reach out to us even once notified of the issues by onsite staff. We didn’t sleep for 2 nights because the mattresses are so worn and had broken springs so we cut our holiday short and went home early. We told the owners about the mattresses and were told that comfort was subjective. We requested a refund and rather than do the right thing the owner chose to hide behind a third party. We will not return or recommend.
