Enter into the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where the light flows through beautifully from the bi-folding doors. Rustle up a homecooked meal in the practical kitchen and enjoy eating together and socialising around the dining table. Kick back and relax on the comfortable sofas while watching a movie together on the Smart TV, before heading through to one of two bedrooms. The property boasts an outdoor hot tub and sauna, perfect for soaking away the day. Outside, you’ll also find an enclosed patio with seating and a large garden area, ideal for children to play.

The colourful Branscombe village is 2 miles down the road and has the best of both worlds. From rock pooling at the beach to taking a walk on the beautiful South West Coast Path, there’s plenty to do here. Take the path or drive 3.5 miles to the chocolate-box village of Beer, with its great selection of seafood restaurants and a pretty shingle beach to enjoy. For a fabulous day out, visit Crealy Theme Park and Resort (12 miles), which has over 60 rides and attractions for all the family.
