The exquisite sitting room has ample comfortable seating and is full of character and charm. With a stone floor and exposed beams it is very tastefully furnished, ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the local area, the sitting room also features french doors leading out to the pretty garden.

On the first floor, the beautiful bedroom one has a 6’ super-king size bed, enjoying wonderful garden views, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has plenty of space for its twin 3’ single beds, and also benefits from an en-suite shower room.

This peaceful and quiet location is surrounded by farmland, with birdlife and deer often seen from the garden. You are also within easy reach of some of Devon’s most popular tourist locations, with both Exmoor and Dartmoor being just over 30 minutes’ drive away. The north coast is 25 miles away with a range of coastal walks and beaches, ready to be enjoyed.

Morchard Bishop Village is two miles away and lies half way along the Two Moors Way walk, between Dartmoor and Exmoor. It has an award-winning community village shop for all your holiday essentials.

Please be aware of the low doorway on the left side of bedroom one, and the low ceiling in the shower room of bedroom two.
