Climb the stairs to discover a cosy lounge where you can sprawl in front of the electric fire. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed together at the table, or head outside via the balcony to sizzle up a treat on the shared BBQ. Retreat downstairs for a restful slumber in one of the three comfortable bedrooms; a double with en-suite, and two twin rooms. The main bathroom and utility room are also downstairs.

An ideal base for keen walkers, you’ll be well placed for an adventure across spectacular Dartmoor 11 miles away, pausing at one of the quaint villages for an afternoon tea on your way. There’s plenty on-site too, with leisure activities such as a shared pool, football pitch and petting corner available. There’s also an indoor soft play available for an additional cost, fantastic for rainy days. Venture to historic Exeter to explore the cathedral and potter around the shops, 17 miles away.
