The nearby town of Crediton is lively and has a good range of shops and an indoor pool. The cathedral city of Exeter is a just a short drive away and has an abundance of attractions. Venturing further afield you could visit the beautiful sandy beaches of the north coast, or enjoy the delights of the English Riviera on the south coast. On entering this terraced corner bungalow, you will find yourself in the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming and cosy lounge area offers a Smart TV and electric effect fire. The bright and attractive dining area is ideal whether you re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. Heading over to the elegant kitchen you will find everything you may need including oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Washing and drying facilities can be found in the neighbouring communal area. Exploring further you will find three comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. One is a double room with en suite wet room and WC, while the other two are twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.
