You can walk the footpath to Branscombe and Sidmouth in one direction and Lyme Regis and Seaton in the other, or enjoy fishing and searching for fossils along the Jurassic Coast.

Beer itself has a great selection of pubs, restaurants and shops, all only metres away from the property. The surrounding countryside is a wonderful mix of wooded combs, heathland and hilltops from which wonderful vistas can be enjoyed.
The Pecorama Gardens are well worth a visit; nestled on the hill overlooking Lyme Bay, they offer colourful gardens to explore, as well as the Beer Heights Light Railway. The beautiful Regency resort of Sidmouth is only 10 minutes away and boasts a theatre, a cinema and hosts the annual famous Sidmouth Folk Festival in August.
