The property sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms: a twin room on the first floor, and two double bedrooms on the second floor. A highlight for visitors is the Jurassic Discovery centre, located in the heart of town on the world‑famous Jurassic Coast. This immersive attraction brings the area’s prehistoric past to life, with life-sized, roaring animatronic dinosaurs and interactive exhibits that make it a popular choice for families and younger visitors.

The Seaton Tramway is another much-loved attraction, offering a unique journey through the Axe Valley wetlands on heritage trams. Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
