Snaptrip says

Guests consistently praise the property's prime location with stunning views and proximity to the beach and local amenities. The flat is appreciated for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped kitchen. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the absence of WiFi is a recurrent point of contention.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is generally found to be very clean and well-maintained, with only a few isolated comments about dirty cups and stained carpets.

The location is highly regarded for its quietness, beautiful views, and easy access to the beach and shops, making it a perfect holiday spot.

The property is considered comfortable, with a special mention of a comfortable bed and new kitchen. However, there are suggestions that the mattresses may need replacing.

Facilities are generally good with new appliances appreciated, but there are several minor maintenance issues like window closures, a leaky shower head, and a sensitive heat alarm. The lack of WiFi and some outdated equipment like the DVD player are drawbacks.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Slight attention to detail is needed though Cups were still dirty and had been put back in the cupboard the carpets in the living room had some stains on them near the rug, maybe the sofas could have some covers put on them as they’re leather and you do stick to them! And also there were two lightbulbs that were not working in the kitchen. The fridge maybe could be renewed too as there was some leakage there. At first I was disappointed with the lack of internet but great decision really as holidays are meant to be for exploring not social media scrolling Basic but for all intents and purposes I would definitely come back

My main comment would be the same as previous tenants and that is the absence of WiFi, in 2023 that is an easily solved negative against the property. The only other little niggles were that bbc1 didn't work on the TV, the dvd player is quite old and glitches a lot, the shower head worked ok but leaked and the fact that the heat alarm was directly above the oven. If you used the grill it went off pretty much every time, it just needs moving a few feet towards the wall where the bin is the prevent that. All in all though my kids and I enjoyed staying in the flat and would happily stay in it again.
