We had a lovely weekend break at the Granary the Hosts could not have been more welcoming and the location was great The only thing we couldn’t control was the weather but we still managed to explore the nearby Northumbrian coastline and countryside We would highly recommend to anyone

The Granary itself was beautifully laid out and spotless, very quirky and loads of character, offering a perfect blend of comfort & nature. Alison is an amazing host - friendly, responsive & attentive to every detail, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay but not at all intrusive. The location was perfect - Secluded enough for peace & quiet yet close to great hiking spots & local shops & attractions. We especially loved waking up to the serene sounds of nature and the few farm yard animals. The Granary was well equipped with the added bonus of a welcome pack ( Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, eggs Wine & logs) We highly recommend staying at the granary if your looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host. We are planning on returning in March as theys so much to see in & around rothbury. Thanks again Alison, we look forward to seeing you again very soon
