Mawgan Porth, located between Newquay and Padstow on the stunning north Cornish coast, is a sheltered cove with a golden sand beach, excellent surf, and a network of caves and coastal footpaths to explore. The nearby town of Mawgan Porth is teeming with excellent dining options, including Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, and the adults-only Scarlet Hotel, which offers Spa treatments and facilities to non-residents. Tennis courts, a pitch and putt, and an 18-hole golf course overlook the Atlantic Ocean in Mawgan Porth, which also features a small selection of shops, including a village store and deli and a farm shop selling meat, eggs, vegetables, bread, and pasties made from local ingredients.
