The three stunning bedrooms are set over the remaining floors, comprising a large master double with its very own luxurious en-suite facilities on the second floor, followed by two first-floor double bedrooms, served by a gorgeous bathroom. Approximately 100 yards level walk will take you to the sea front with stunning views over the coastline and towards Newquay harbour, your only decision now is which beach to choose - with such a fine selection, you really are spoilt for choice. The perfect base for our holiday. Short walks to the seafront, restaurants/pubs and Asda. Also only a short walk to the train station and bus stop, which was important for us as we don't drive, though there is plenty of off street parking in front of the house. Highly recommended, we had a wonderful holiday, thank you!

The property was clean and very well equipped. Less than a 5 minute walk to a variety of places to eat and drink and local super markets. At least 4 beaches within a 25 minute walk so spoilt for choice. Also parking for at least 2 cars which is always a bonus so close to the centre of Newquay. Hope to see you again soon 18 Ocean Heights!! Maggie and Mike

Close to supermarkets and a short walk to both the beach and town centre. The house is amazing and I would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Newquay. The only thing that caused us a problem was the rose bush at the side of the house, not great if you have a small child, who cut her face on it. I would certainly stay at this house again. The pictures do not do it justice, it is stunning. Thanks for an enjoyable holiday! :)
