Whileaway Cottage is conveniently located between Looe, a lively harbour town, and Polperro, a fishing village with eccentric alleys lined with quaint fisherman's cottages and a variety of shops, bars, cafes, and tearooms, as well as some of the best restaurants Cornwall has to offer. You can also find lovely coves and beaches that are just begging to be explored.
As soon as you reach the cottage, you can pull into the private off-road parking area. Upon entering the home, you will find a beautiful open-concept space with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, which flows into a spacious living room with wide picture windows and French doors that open up to picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. You may relax in the bedroom's large king-sized bed, which is funrished with an en-suite shower room featuring sleek contemporary fixtures. Unfortunately we didn't see any of the famous sunsets as we had a very wet week there. The cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortably and tastefully furnished and equipped. Deb and Bob, the owners were very helpful, kind and welcoming. We can recommend the cottage for a quiet, peaceful holiday.
