The checkout time of 0900 is excessively early. Understandable during Covid but not anymore.

The description of the property says the beds are super king, there's no way the beds are king size. Information about using the cooker and hob non existent it would be helpful for future to supply this for guests. We stayed with a 19 month old so needed a stair gate top and bottom of the stairs we turned upto one pet gate at the bottom nothing at the top, but was told there would be stair gates. We also informed the owners on departure that the cottage smelt of stale dog pee in the living area. Check out time 0900 but your folder says 1000.
