The thoughtful touches, such as a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolates, add to the charm, although such gifts are not guaranteed.

The location is generally praised for its amazing views and proximity to local amenities, though the steep hill is noted as a challenge. The picturesque setting and accessibility to Looe are positives.

The cottage is described as well-equipped and to a high standard, with a fully equipped kitchen and quality furnishings. However, there are minor comments about the lack of certain items like trays and comprehensive instructions for appliances.
While guests mention appreciating the welcoming touches such as Prosecco and chocolates, these are not consistently referenced across all reviews, and it is important to note that such gifts are not guaranteed.

Excellent location for walking into Looe town only 5 minutes but a very steep hill to walk back up. Had a lovely holiday and weather was especially kind to us. Cottage was comfortable and clean and owners responded quickly to our fry for help with blocked drain.
Mrs Peace
Beautiful cottage with great facilities and amazing views. Plenty of room for 5 of us staying, loved the tiered garden with two fabulous patios both with great views. Lovely luxurious stay, the walk back up the hill got easier as the week went by and it was worth it for the views. Great location, we parked up when we arrived and didn’t use the car until it was time to leave. Great location, the walk from Looe to Polperro with fish & chips at the 3 Pilchards was fantastic, Looe has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. We will definitely be back!!
