Water View is a superbly appointed second floor apartment located close to the harbour. It is situated in the heart of the town with shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach and harbour close by. There are lovely open views from the living area where guests can enjoy watching the comings and goings of the local fishing and pleasure boats. The decor is contemporary throughout and the furnishings and fabrics combine to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

HOT water/heating
The switches for the hot water and central heating are in the bedroom on the outside wall of the left hand side of the cupboard which houses the boiler. Please switch on the two top grey switches on the wall and then turn on the water switch on the boiler which is in the cupboard. For central heating, please also turn on the red switch on the left wall and then turn on the heating switch on the boiler. Please turn OFF these switches AT THE END OF your stay.

parking in nearest car-park is expensive - it would be nice if the resident spaces were available for guests.

As others have mentioned, the apartment is on the 2nd floor but that is only an issue when arriving and leaving with luggage. We parked at Millpool, only about £28 for the week, and barely used the car as there was plenty to do in walking/hiking distance plus public transport. It is very relaxing watching the literal ebb and flow of the river. Although it is in a central position, with windows closed it is peaceful. I’m sure we will return.
