Water View is a superbly appointed second floor apartment located close to the harbour. It is situated in the heart of the town with shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach and harbour close by. There are lovely open views from the living area where guests can enjoy watching the comings and goings of the local fishing and pleasure boats. The decor is contemporary throughout and the furnishings and fabrics combine to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

HOT water/heating
The switches for the hot water and central heating are in the bedroom on the outside wall of the left hand side of the cupboard which houses the boiler. Please switch on the two top grey switches on the wall and then turn on the water switch on the boiler which is in the cupboard. For central heating, please also turn on the red switch on the left wall and then turn on the heating switch on the boiler. Please turn OFF these switches AT THE END OF your stay.

Had a fabulous week staying at Water View. The location is right in Looe over looking the harbour and close to everything. Apartment has everything you need. Would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at Water View! The location was amazing, views were wonderful from the sofa, and it had a very well stocked kitchen. I would note that the mattress was rather uncomfortable, and while there were instructions for the kitchen hobs they weren't in English! But this didn't detract from an otherwise lovely stay, and we would definitely come back again :)

Once you let yourself in from the street, you need to go through 2 doors before getting to the stairs. The walk past the bin room is a bit smelly! Then you climb a small flight to another door, which leads to the last set of stairs Room 4 is at the top to the left.Once inside, initial impressions are good. Nice sofa, table & chairs and sleek black kitchen. Bedroom is nice with drawers and a small closet (did not use as too small). and worried clothes may smell due to evidence of water ingress around the bedroom ceiling. Also discovered that the kitchen cupboard with the glasses in smelt very musty and anything we used needed to be washed first (kitchen wall is on same side as bedroom wall, which is where the damp problem is evident). One last negative is that when getting the frying pan out to use, we discovered it had not been washed by the previous guest (or cleaner) and was full of oil and bacon bits! Not nice!All that said, we did have a nice time in Looe and this apartment is a good base to explore. Just need to address these issues and would it would be better.Park in Millpool over the bridge for £29 per week.
