Byre Cottage in Looe offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat for those looking to enjoy the Cornish countryside and coastal walks. Guests appreciate the friendly welcome, the proximity to the coastal footpath, and the self-catering facilities. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the cottage's charm and location provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The cottage is generally well-maintained, though some guests mentioned cobwebs and dated furniture. The overall impression suggests a good standard of cleanliness with room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and proximity to the coastal footpath, though the remote setting and narrow access roads are noted. It's ideal for walkers and those seeking tranquility.

Guests find the cottage comfortable and peaceful, with some suggesting updates to the sofa and noting stiff doors. Overall, the accommodation provides a satisfactory level of comfort.

Facilities are adequate for self-catering, with some maintenance issues like a stuck kitchen blind and loose towel rail mentioned. The powerful shower is a plus, despite being temperamental.

Loved our stay. Ideal cottages, well equipped and great setting on coast path. On site support was brilliant. If you are really lucky the world's friendliest goat will greet you. it's a terrific place to stay.

The property is very remote, and distances given to local amenities are questionable. Although the cottage is adequate it could do with some minor maintenance, such as kitchen blind stuck halfway, towel rail in bathroom very loose, toilet seat moves and needs tightening, electric shower still plumbed in and connected to supply but not in use. It was a shame as none of these issue were major but just detracted from totally enjoyment of facility.
