This wonderful victorian property stands proudly above the East Looe River with uninterrupted views across the river to the to the woodland on the other side. The front glass fronted balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an evening sundowner or watch the paddle boarders float down the river. Inside the property has been stylishly decorated with painted shaker style kitchen, fitted with everything you would need to enjoy a family holiday. There is one bedroom on the ground floor along with the family bathroom and on the first floor are two more double rooms, one with an ensuite WC and handbasin.

Looe has plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you well fed and entertained during your stay, not forgetting the sandy beach and boat trips which operate during the summer months. The Coastal path is easily accessible and can take you to Polperro in one direction and Seaton in the other, both of which are lovely places for a day trip or for a spot of lunch.

Kitchen & Utilities: A spacious room with a good range of fitted units, gas range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional dining area with table and chairs and wonderful estuary views.

Nearest beach: 500 yards.

Nearest amenities: 400 yards.

Outdoors: Sun deck to the front of the house with superb views of the West Looe River and Woodland, with a pretty tiered garden and additional courtyard with seating to the rear of the property.

Parking: Parking for 2 cars in designated spaces 100 yds from the property.   

Pets: 1 pet allowed at £25 per pet per week - we will contact you regarding this at the time of booking

General: WiFi included, gas and electricity included in rent; gas-fired central heating, wood burner in lounge, starter pack included.

Important notes: No smoking. The property has steep steps up to the front door.

Changeover time: 4pm arrival - 10am departure.
