Seaview Cottage (UK30589) and Garden Cottage (UK30590) are both detached properties situated in a beautiful quiet rural area midway between Looe and the picturesque fishing village of Polperro 2 1/2 miles by road, and are located on the doorstep of the renowned Talland Bay beach & Hotel and its fine restaurant which is open most of the year. The cottages, to which guests return again and again is ideal for four people and is within 100 metres of lovely Talland Bay with its unspoilt coves, rock pools and gently shelving beaches of coarse sand and fine sand castle sand at low tide and safe bathing. Tucked behind the bay are two cafés, one of which does evening barbecues in the summer, and the other rents out kayaks.
The wonderful coastal paths to Looe and Polperro begin from here, and the Eden Project is only a half hour’s drive away. Ideal for those who want a holiday without a car as Looe railway station (at the end of a fascinating branch line from Liskeard on the main line) is only 3 miles away, and food supplies can be ordered online and delivered by Tesco and Ocado. Beach 100 yards. Shop 3¾ miles, pub 2½ miles and restaurant 100 yards.

Had a wonderful week in Seaview, location is excellent, very comfortable and bungalow was well equipped, the top garden a bit of a hike but being right on beach front didny use it. Hopefully going again soon. Regards Cheryl

We had a really lovely time at the cottage. The cottage was great and really comfortable. The view of the bay from the cottage was stunning, Loved the peace and quiet of our location. We could not fault anything. The owner as made a really good job with decor and equipment in the cottage. We would certainly book the cottage again if we came to stop at Talland Bay.

We had a lovely stay with our family in both the cottages we love Talland bay a great location and wonderful cafe . The rock pools were full of starfish sea urchins , pipefish abd crabs would live here in a heartbeat . Great value for money .
