Deep sea fishing and other water sports can all be enjoyed in Looe, along with woodland and coastal walks nearby. To the east of the town is the historic city of Plymouth, with its National Marine Aquarium, theatres, cinemas, bowling and shopping, which can be reached from the historic village of Kingsand, right into Barbican, while to the west is Fowey, home to the royal sailing regatta and many galleries, shops and restaurants. Had a lovely comfy stay at the Stables, it was clean & had all we needed with added bonus of 6 fresh eggs from their chickens . We even had a cute friendly goat come to visit ! My husband really enjoyed the fishing in the lakes a short drive away . We had a very chilled break away for my husbands birthday . Thank you !

Lovley place to stay. The cottage was very clean and tidy Had free view tv and good Internet. The kitchen had everything we needed.Bedrooms were clean and tidy had enough wardrobe and drawer space.Only one tiny thing the mattress on the double bed was a bit uncomfortable as I felt the springs dig in my back and hip. Other than that it was ok Could have had few more plugs in the main bedroom for charging mobile phones.Had washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate building which was great. It was a lovely quiet place, very helpful and friendly staff and met some lovely friendly goats.Other thing was it was out in the countryside, no passing traffic. Easy to get into looe and other places. No pubs near by to walk to, so no good if you like to go to a pub or restaurant unless you drive. Which didn't bother us. Would definitely go back sometime in the future.
