Located just 2 miles from the popular seaside Cornish town of Looe, is Sandy Feet Retreat, a newly renovated, contemporary holiday villa at Millindreath beach resort. With two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests, open plan living space and a stunning sun trap garden terrace, it is located perfectly with only 300 meters between the villa and the beach.

Accommodation:

25 outdoor steps leading to villa entrance.

Lounge area: One large sofa, Smart TV, dining table / breakfast bar to seat 4 and patio doors leading to garden terrace.

Kitchen area: Electric cooker, electric hob, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, microwave, cafetiere and kettle.

Bedroom 1: 4ft 6 double bed.

Bedroom 2: 2 x 3ft single beds.

Family bathroom: Stand-alone shower, basin, and WC.

Outside:

Private garden terrace, picnic table and BBQ.

Please note: there is no gate separating the garden from the steps leading to the ground floor.

 Parking: 

Parking bay at the bottom of the step, parking for ½ hour only.

A parking permit can be purchased from reception for the main carpark at £20 per week.

There is no limit to how many cars.

Please provide car registration on booking.
