Sinilah is a luxury coastal property that has been stylishly decorated to create a sumptuous and attractive home by the sea and is situated in a highly sought-after position overlooking the Banjo Pier and Looe beach, with stunning coastal views to enchant its guests. It boasts striking designs with quality furnishings throughout to create a feel of French opulence whilst continuing to be a welcoming space for all who stay. Sinilah is arranged over three floors; the ground floor accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/diner with a large bay window displaying the fantastic sea views and a lovely ingelnook open fire that creates a warm cosy atmosphere during the cold winter months. The modern, fully equipped kitchen at the rear of the property has underfloor heating, making Sinilah the perfect place for an all-season break. To the front of the house is a large furnished patio with magnificent views over Looe, the river, beach and bay, and if you are booking a New Year break, Sinilah's balcony and patio is like having the best front row seat in a theatre to watch the spectacular New Year fireworks display that Looe is famous for! On the first floor is the master bedroom with superking bed and en suite shower room. This spacious, bright room again enjoys fabulous coastal views. A second double bedroom with king size bed and a bunk room can also be found on this floor as well as the family shower room.  On the top floor is the third double room again with king size bed, which provides access to a wonderful little balcony that enjoys 180 degree views over Looe and the amazing coastal views beyond!

Bed linen & Towels: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. 

Accessibility: There are several steps leading up to the front of the house plus internal stairs so the property is only suitable for the physically able. 

Kitchen & Utilities:A modern kitchen at the rear of the property has underfloor heating and is fully fitted with 5 ring gas burner, double oven, American-style fridge/freezer, Amazon Alexa Echo washing machine and dishwasher.

Outdoors: Large outside space furnished with patio table and chairs for alfresco dining, barbecue area (guests can buy disposable BBQ if they wish but not provided) glass fronted patio for frontline unobstructed views.

Parking:It is possible to pull up near to the property to unload and then there is on road parking within a 2-10 minute walk (busier in the high season), there is also a public car park a 10 minute walk from the house where a weekly ticket costs c.£40.

Family facilities: High chair provided, please bring your own cot/stair gate. 

Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.

General: WiFi included, gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, woodburner in lounge.

Important notes: No smoking, no pets, there are several steps leading up to the front of the house plus internal stairs so the property is only suitable for the physically able and infants will be challenging

    Sinilah was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely large spacious rooms with a stunning view over Looe beach. The only issue is the access by car but once you're unloaded and parked up it is fine. We would definitely recommend and return to stay Thank you!

    Sinilah is an absolutely beautiful house! It was extremely clean, décor throughout is excellent and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. Sinilah's location is great with stunning views of the bay whilst still being a short walk into West Looe.
