This cottage is situated on a well appointed holiday park, in a courtyard of eight other cottages. The fifty five acre site has a range of shared facilities for guests to enjoy, whilst the local area has much to offer. The pretty harbour town of Looe is less than two miles away, while the city of Plymouth with its shopping centre is less than a thirty minute drive away. Also within easy reach are The Eden Project and a wide choice of beaches. This stone cottage makes a great place for a couples getaway. Enter the property directly into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its Freeview TV and DVD, the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the local area. The kitchen area is well equipped for preparing a romantic meal, or perhaps pouring a drink to go with your takeaway. There is a fan assisted oven, small 2 ring electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. The property s bedroom is a double, and there is room for a cot in the living area. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar, restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter, Whitsun, summer and Autumn half term holidays.
