Accessed by a flight of steps after parking alongside you enter into the open plan apartment with a double bed, kitchen, dining and kitchen areas. There is a seperate bathroom with a bath to enjoy a good soak after a day exploring the area and it's coastal villages, beaches and of course the cobbled streets and individual shops of Truro and riverside pub at Malpas. There is always so much going on in Truro with a host of festivals and events happening throughout the year. With a large variety of restaurants and historic pubs as well as a theatre, cinema and the County museum there is so much to see and enjoy in one of the UK's smallest cities. Threemilestone itself has a variety of local shops including a branch of Cornwall's oldest bakeries reowned for it's pasties, takeaways, restaurants and a great local pub , the Victoria Inn. Here there is something for everybody with meals from breakfast through to dinner being served throughout the day everyday as well as locally brewed ales, like the food served with a commitment to local produce. The property is also in close proximity to RCH Treliske, 1.5 miles away, and Truro College 1 mile away. Highfield House Studio is a great base for a memorable holiday, the lots of interesting places well worth a visit within driving distance, the ancient ruins of Tintagel Castle famous with links to the legend of King Arthur and the round table, St Just, Poldark Country is also less than an hours drive away. If a beach holiday is what your looking for, the seaside resort of Newquay and it's beautiful Fistral beach is only a 30 minute drive, with surf schools and wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants is great for a day out, or visit the beautiful fishing village of Padstow where you can sample Rick Steins famous fish and chips.

Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination.
