Banjo Cottage is a charming and delightfully comfortable 18th century listed stone barn/work shop conversion, set in a convenient position within the heart of bustling East Looe, where its vibrant shops, fine restaurants and wonderful sandy beach are only a few minutes' walk away. This beautifully refurbished cottage is laid out over three floors where the owners have created a welcoming relaxing retreat, with modern en-suites to each bedroom, it's a perfect haven for your Cornish holiday.  For the walkers amongst you, the South West Coastal Path runs directly past the upper entrance to the cottage, which offers plenty of stunning coastal views.  For those who wish to venture further afield, boat trips to a local Island (a haven for grey seals and herring gulls) or to neighbouring quaint harbour towns and villages are readily available from Looe harbour side. Sea fishing trips can also be taken and freshly caught fish can be purchased on the quay. The Eden Project is approximately 40 minutes' drive away, and numerous other Cornish wonders can easily be discovered by car or train, there is something to suit everyone.  Alternatively - you could just enjoy relaxing at this captivating cottage, taking advantage of the south facing 'sun trap' balcony, relishing the views of the famed Banjo Pier and out to sea.

Entrance on upper level to Kitchen/dining room and living room leading onto the balcony; Kitchen;  Large open planned bright and airy kitchen/dining room, gas hob with electric oven, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Dining table seats 6. There is no washing machine. Living room; WiFi, Free Sat TV and DVD player. Door leading to patio/balcony with table and chairs. Down flight of stairs to first floor landing leading to Bedroom 1; double bed, 4ft 6in and single 3ft bed, with door to first en-suite; bath with hand held shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 2; two single 3ft beds with door leading to second en-suite; shower cubicle with WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Stairs leading down to lower entrance lobby on ground/lower street level, with plenty of storage space..

Parking: Parking space available in-front of the cottage for a very small car, (a 'Mini One' just fits).
