Gamekeepers Cottage at Tremaine Manor overlooking the croquet lawn and pony paddock, a super spot for a quiet summer picnic. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast.

The Gamekeepers cottage is adorned with the tools of the trade of hunting and fishing and is a lovely family holiday home for four guests. The open-plan kitchen /dining is really family friendly with large french doors that open out into a paved patio area over looking the croquet lawn. A lovely spot for a cream tea or G&T in the summer sunshine. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking and has electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso krups and fridge freezer. The sitting room area has a feature stone fireplace with an inset wood burning stove perfect for cosy winter breaks, Smart television, wooden floor with colourful rugs and leather sofas and chairs.

Upstairs bedroom one has a fabulous antique mahogany half-tester double bed and facing pony paddock at the rear of the cottage is a light and airy twin bedded room perfect for children or adults alike. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath (fixed & handheld head) WC and wash basin.

Outside a stone patio at the rear has garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit

A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton, pitch and putt, and assorted indoor games on-site. A private, fenced off children’s play area with swings, slide, monkey bars, and a sandpit is available for accompanied children up to 13 years of age. A convenient shared laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach.Gamekeeper's Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available.
