One of a pair of semi detached cottages, Cobblers Cottage at Tremaine Manor has a forget me not blue painted stable door and looks towards the pretty village green with its majestic weeping silver birch tree. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast.

The open-plan sitting room and dining area has large french doors that open out into a paved patio area over looking the croquet lawn, a lovely spot for a cream tea in the summer sunshine. The sitting room has a feature stone fireplace with an inset wood burning stove, wooden floor with colourful rugs and leather sofas and chairs. The kitchen overlooks the croquet lawn and is really well equipped for home cooking with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

Upstairs is a lovely bedroom at the front with an antique mahogany half-tester double bed, and facing pony paddock at the rear of the cottage is a light and airy twin bedded room perfect for children or adults alike. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath WC and wash basin.

Outside, the rear patio terrace has garden furniture including wooden sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and firepit.

Within the grounds you will find an all weather tennis court along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton, pitch and putt, and assorted indoor games on-site. A private, fenced off children’s play area with swings, slide, monkey bars, and a sandpit is available for accompanied children up to 13 years of age. A convenient shared laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. Carpenter's Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available.
