The pretty village of Penrose is just 5 miles from foodie-favourite Padstow and ideally positioned for days on the beach – pretty Porthcothan Bay is 2.5 miles from your doorstep. Explore further afield with a trip to the Eden Project (20 miles) or the surfer’s paradise of Newquay (9 miles).

Old Peggy's is a lovely comfortable and cosy cottage. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. Lots of lovely homely touches. The ready snug was bonus. It is located in rural village but only couple of miles to the coast. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet get away. Julie
