This property provides a perfect romantic getaway for couples and as well as a being great base for families. The village of Polruan is ideally located to explore all Cornwall has to offer. A small village with only one road in and out, which goes through the centre of the village ending on the quay where you will find the tidal sandy beach. The popular Fowey Hall Circular Walk includes the village, as well as other pretty villages with pubs for refreshments en route, great for a day roaming without the car. Why not explore some of the South West Coast Path by foot or hire a bike, visit St Catherine s Castle in Fowey or for family day out Adrenalin Quarry. Enter this reverse level cottage on the first floor where you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner it is bright and airy with fantastic river views. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. Located alongside the kitchen is the dining area where you can enjoy meals whilst taking in the amazing river views. Moving through to the cosy lounge area with two sofas where you can watch the Smart TV. From the lounge area there are steps up to a mezzanine level with a daybed making it the perfect place to sit and read whilst taking in the views. To the right of the front door there is a small untility area with a freezer. Proceed down the stairs to the ground floor you will find the 2 bedrooms the first is a delightful double with an en suite shower room and WC. Bedroom 2 is a stylish twin room with en suite shower room and WC. In both ground floor bedrooms there is a stable door which leads to a decked patio area. Stepping outside the property from the first floor is a large balcony which is overlooking the river with table and chairs and is a perfect spot for al fresco dining. Outside on ground floor is a decked patio area. There is a frape available for a small boat. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin . 2 en suite shower rooms. Access to the property is down 47 steep slate steps. Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village..
