Snaptrip says

Beachcomber is a well-received apartment with spectacular views and a convenient location for exploring Cornwall. Guests appreciate the modern amenities, tasteful decor, and welcome touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine. While some guests mention issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the majority report a pleasant stay, enjoying the property's garden and proximity to local attractions.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Cleanliness has been brought up in several reviews, with some guests noting the property had not been cleaned upon arrival and mentioning areas that require attention. However, others have described the apartment as very clean, indicating a generally satisfactory level of cleanliness with room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its stunning views and accessibility to local towns, beaches, and public transport. The proximity to a good pub and other amenities adds to its appeal, although parking difficulties have been noted by some guests.

Comfort is generally well-regarded, with guests finding the property spacious and well-equipped. Some guests have mentioned issues with the beds and noise from the road, but overall, the apartment provides a comfortable stay.

Facilities are appreciated, especially the high-spec appliances and garden. However, maintenance issues such as slippery decking, steep steps, and a non-functional washer dryer have been highlighted. These concerns suggest that while the facilities are good, they require better upkeep.

Guests have expressed gratitude for thoughtful touches like welcome packs and bathroom essentials. While gifts like a complimentary bottle of wine are mentioned, it should be noted that such gestures are not guaranteed and may vary.

Was not ground floor as listed it was 1st floor above the holiday rental shop which was not mentioned in listing. Key collection for over 30 properties right outside the gate of the garden so was unaware with dog when people were right behind the gate. Not good if you have a reactive dog. Flat could do with some repairs like toilet roll holder hanging off tiles, leaking tap, & pressure from shower head not great. Also outside area was not useable during stay as everything covered in leaves & garden bench cushions / loungers appeared mouldy or dirty from garden debris. Flat itself generally clean & towels left for us along with a box of shortbread & tea & coffee which was nice. Sofa not overly comfortable, beds were fine. Overall a pleasant stay
