Snaptrip says

Guests have praised 'The Stable' for its cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly hosts. The property's hot tub is a highlight, and the accommodation is well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. While some guests suggested improvements to the bed comfort, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many looking forward to returning.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with numerous guests describing it as 'spotless' and 'very clean'. This indicates meticulous maintenance and attention to detail from the hosts.

The location is frequently mentioned as a positive feature, with guests appreciating the proximity to local attractions and the ease of exploring South West Cornwall. The property's accessibility to the coastal path is also a plus.

While many guests found the property comfortable, there are several mentions of the bed being too small or uncomfortable, which suggests room for improvement in this area. However, the presence of a comfortable sofa and other amenities balances the overall comfort score.

Facilities such as the well-equipped kitchen, large shower, and hot tub are well-received. However, some guests noted the need for maintenance, such as the bedroom door and window issues, which slightly lowers the score.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through gestures like providing a bottle of wine and cream teas, especially for honeymooners. While these gifts are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

Everything we needed for our stay with Dawn and Ian on hand if required. Perfect location to explore surrounding area with great local pubs. Our dog loved his stay right off the South West Coast path and his enclosed garden! Looking forward to our next stay!

Hot tub was a nice bonus to unwind in after a busy day of walking too! Lots of lovely walks along the coastal path on the doorstep. A walk to Perranuthnoe beach is a must. Such a beautiful little beach/cove with 2 lovely cafes. We especially liked The Cabin Beach cafe as it had beautiful views over the beach. We loved watching the surfers with a coffee and ice cream! Lots of places to visit within easy reach. Would highly recommend catching the train into St Ives from St Erth (dogs allowed on too). It was much cheaper and stress free (thanks for the recommendation Dawn!). Ian and Dawn (and the dogs!) were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely quiet surroundings, perfect for a much needed getaway for me, hubby and our little dog
